1. What forms of payments are accepted for utility payments?

We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. At this time, we do not accept online payments.

2. My account is in collections. What can I do?

You can pay your balance (in full only) at Avenal City Hall. To make payment arrangements, contact Kings Credit Services at (559) 587-4250 or (800)366-0950.
