Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Department is responsible for setting up and maintaining customer's accounts. These services are available to the customer in person or by phone. City services include Water and Sewer. Garbage and Recycling services are provided by Mid Valley Disposal.

New Service

In order to establish a new water and sewer account you will need a valid U.S government issued photo identification and a $100.00 meter deposit.

How to open service:

  • -You can come to City Hall during regular business hours to fill out the forms
  • -At the front doors of City Hall is a drop box with the form and envelopes for leaving a check or money order to open services. Please return all documents (form, copy of ID, payment) filled out with service address, in a sealed envelope and leave at the drop box in front of City Hall. 

Pay Your Bill

Residents can send their payments by mail or in person, or pay online. For your convenience you may drop your payment in our night drop slot located on the left hand side of our front doors. Please do not leave cash in the drop slot.

Cash payments must be made in person during normal business hours.

At this time during a local state of emergency, we ask that customer pay their bills online.
