The Avenal Police Department Community Response Team is a group of screened and trained volunteers who provide support to victims of traumatic events, their families and loved ones following a crisis.
The Avenal Police Department encourages community involvement in the law enforcement process and allows interested citizens and students to ride as passenger observers with patrol officers.
